What is the typical shipping timeline for crowdfunding projects?
Shipping timelines vary by project, but most items ship within 4 to 8 weeks after the crowdfunding goal is successfully met. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Are the products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all electronics purchased through Xiaomi Crowdfunding come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering technical defects and hardware failures.
Can I cancel my pledge or order?
You can cancel your order at any time before the crowdfunding campaign ends for a full refund. Once the campaign is closed and production begins, cancellations are no longer permitted.
What happens if a crowdfunding goal is not reached?
If a project fails to meet its funding target by the deadline, all supporters will be issued a full refund to their original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer global shipping to over 50 countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes upon arrival.
